dmiral Stephen Poyntz was baptised on 27 February 1771.1 He was the son of James Poyntz and Mary Sledge.2 He married Frances Lydia Brace, daughter of Francis Brace, on 8 October 1802.1 He died on 12 May 1847 at age 76.1
