Southampton, 4 November 1815: The remains of Capt Breton, RN, brought here from Chichester, were interred n Friday evening, in the family vault, at St Mary’s, attended by Admirals Sir Richard Onslow, Sir Thomas Bertie, Bligh, Ferguson, Capt Sir James Lind, &c. [Hampshire Telegraph, 6 November 1815]
