By a letter just received from Admiral Rodney’s fleet, we hear that Captain Taylor, who so gallantly fought under him, as first Lieutenant in the Sandwich, and was afterwards promoted to the command of that ship, and since that to thee Conqueror, a 74-gun ship, has since been appointed commander of the Albemarle, a new frigate of 36 guns, and is gone on a cruize, with a new copper bottom, and extremely well officer’d and mann’d.
