His service records until 1804 show 2 campaigns as privateer , the first as a lieutenant , the second on 02/28/1798 on the "Hydre" (see the race and the corsairs of the port of Nantes de S . de la Nicollière) .
He is at the origin of the Le Cour armament , in Nantes , in which his great-great-grandsons: Michel and Yves , worked .
