Falmouth, 5 June 1801: Arrived the brig St Sebastian, Captain White, 16 days from Madeira, with 23 passengers, which were taken on board the Trelawney Planter, Capt White, on her voyage from London to Tobago, by La Psyche, French ship privateer; the captain of which landed them at Madeira, where Captain White purchased this brig to bring them home. [Hampshire Chronicle, 8 June 1801]
