Captain Howe, Commander of His Majesty's Ship the Bideford, gives an account, by letter dated the 14th Instant, that he had taken the Chamillant, a French Sloop Privateer of 4 carriage and 2 swivel guns, and 15 men. She had been out of Port 2 days, was going to cruize off Harwich, and had taken nothing.
