The following Dutch ships were seen in Helvoet Roads, ready for sea, by Lieut Hellard, who was dispatched on the 7th inst by Admiral Dickson, who was then lying off Goree. The Concord, of 44 guns; Juno, of 32; and Scipio, of 24. The Brutus, of 70 guns, and the Barnkvelt and Courtrand, of 68 guns, had sailed, in th same state of readiness to Dort. The Dogger Bank, John de Wit, and Neptune, of 68 guns, then in the bason, were to follow those sent to Dort. [Hampshire Telegraph, 28 November 1799]
