Clearly not. This one is a privateer.
The ship you refer to is the 'Nuestra Señora de la Santisima Trinidad' launched in 1769 as a 116 gun First Rate. Look her up in the ship search.

IS this the real Santisima Trinidad? Because the real one had 140 guns, was a first rate ship of the line, and was made in 1769?
