His Majesty's Sloop Cyane, at sea, 27th Jan. 1804.
SIR I beg leave to inform you His Majesty's Sloop, under my command, in the Lat. 15 Deg. 23 Min. North, Long. 60 Deg. 30 Min. West, captured L'Harmonie, French Privateer Schooner, of 12 guns, and 82 men on board , out 34 days from Guadeloupe, and had taken the Mercury, a Scotch Ship, last from New York, laden with lumber provisions, &c. bound to Demerara.
