Hague, 1 February 1802: The following is a list of the ships under the command of Admiral Hartsinc, which, except one, are arrived at Brest, and bound for St Domingo, having French troops on board, the Brutus, of 74 guns; the Neptune and John de Witt, both of 68; the Ajax, of 16; and the Flying Fish, of 14; with the French frigate, the Poursuvante. The Flying Fish, having received some damage, was compelled to return to Flushing. [Hampshire Telegraph, 15 February 1802]
