Captain Brograve of His Majesty's Sloop the Albany, gives an account of his having taken on the 16th Instant, off the Isle of Wight, and brought into Spithead, the Hazard Privatier, of 6 swivel guns and 22 men, which came out the day before from Cherbourg and had taken nothing.
