Portsmouth, 20 June 1801: The following ships from China are expected to arrive before the month of September, viz, The Earl Talbot, Captain J H Dempster; the Lady Burgess, Captain A F W Swinton; the Hugh Inglis, Capt William Fairfax; the Bombay Castle, Capt John Hamilton; the Dorsetshire, Capt John Ramsden; the Coutts, Capt Robert Torin; the Neptune, Capt Nathaniel Spens; and the Exeter, Captain Henry Meriton. The Endymion that sailed from this port of the 2d instant, had orders to convoy the above from St Helena. [Hampshire Telegraph, 22 June 1801]
