Plymouth, 30 January 1801: Arrived the following Danish merchant vessels, captured in the Channel, viz: One Sister, from Cork to Norway, in ballast, taken by the Kangaroo sloop of war; Favourite, from Alicant for Hamburgh, with fruit, taken by the Courageux, of 74 guns; Bennerstock, with nuts, from Gijon, taken by the Centaur, of 74 guns; general Wrangle, from Virginia bound to Gottenburgh, laden with tobacco, taken by the Telegraph; and Frederick, of Norway, from Virginia for Hull, with tar and varnish, taken by the Ambuscade.
