Papers Respecting The Navy, Presented In Pursuance Of Addresses of the House of Lords to His Majesty.
Navy Office, 18th March 1805

HMS Utile was purchased form Mssrs. Blumers (in document Bulmers)
'Volunteer' was 2 year old and has 341bm
was purchased for £5,000
moreover £3,205 were spent to fitting the ship at King'S Yard.
