The 1699 edition of The New State of England lists the Master Attendants at Portsmouth as being Edm. Barret and Rob. Chappel

Based on his will written 13 Nov 1713 and probated on 26 Jun 1714, Edmund Barrett was the Master Attendant at Portsmouth Dockyard. Start date unknown, end date like at his death.
