Blown up of saint Vincentref:688

Attack of "Saint Vincent" Captain Jean Jacobsen and two other ships of the Escadre of Flandre commanded by  Captain Juan Garcia and Admiral Pedro de la Plesa by 9 ships from Vice-Admiral Hermann Kleuter

Isolated after 13 hours of combat and sunk the dutch flagship , Jacobsen blown up his ship with an other Dutch

Casualty count :

Dutch 2 ships and 400 mens

Spanish 1 ship and 150 mens

30 alive but majority hanged despite Vice-Admiral Hermann Kleuter assurances

Two mousses non hanged Cornil Jacobsen and Gaspard Bart
