attention wikipedia: parfois des erreurs !!!
Jean Gabaret arrête de servir en mer après la bataille de Lagos du 27 au 29 Juin 1693 : la campagne commence le 26 Mai 1693 ,la flotte de Tourville sort de Brest. et la campagne prend fin à Toulon fin JUILLET 1693. ok wikipédia.
mais comment Jean Gabaret peut il être gouverneur de la Martinique le 1 Avril 1693 pour repousser l'attaque de Francis Wheler.....wikipédia : faux.
en réalité l'attaque se passe du 11 Avril 1693 au 01 mai 1693 . et le Gouverneur de la Martinique est :... Nicolas Gabaret.
