I suspect that this 'Rene Le Vasseur' (ID = 23784) who built ships at Dunkerque from the 1690s and then Toulon in the 1720s is the same man as 'Rene Levasseur' (1667-1727) (ID = 23907) who had a parallel career at Dunkerque then Toulon in the same decades.
