Hi Graham, I have recently discovered Capt Crespin is my 5th great-grandfather,do you have any further history predating
Capt Crespin ?

Correction: "Abraham had a son by the name of William." William was Abraham's brother, not his son.

Captain Crespin is my Fourth Great-grandfather. Born 26 July 1740 in St. Albans, St. Michael, Hertford, England and died there in 1786. I have it on record that his father was the REV DANIEL CRESPIN 1699-1763. Hi mother was Joanna Jacoba Heyman 1707-5 April 1763. Abraham had a son by the name of William.
