This can't be right - William Cuming (...-1824)who commanded Russell @ Copenhagen in 1801 and Prince of Wales in 1805 was elder brother to Samuel Cuming (1769-1845) and was made lieutnant in 1770, so he could not have commanded Union, Lord Howe and Supply as per above list
