Admiralty Report on the Petition of William Cunningham requesting reinstatement. Report dated 1702/01/02, read at Privy Council meeting of 1702/01/18 and dismissed.

Cunningham who was 1st Lieutenant of HMS Royal Oak had been court martialled on 1701/06/26 for 'a constant course of drunkeness which made him unfit for the trust reposed in him' and dismissed the Service.
