Description:

Probate of the will of Arthur Hayne of H.M. Navy, then living in the New Road, St. George, Middlesex, gent.

 

To Lawrence Bruce, New Road, St. George, Middlesex and wife Barbara (excr. and excx.) - household furniture, plate, chattles stock in Government funds, ready money, debts in trust to sell above and put money into Government funds. Excrs. to receive interest on investments until youngest of testator's four children shall become 21 and to provide for education and maintenance of three youngest children to extent of £50 yearly until they are 21. When youngest child 21 whole of property to be divided amongst four children.

 

To excr. and excx. - one gold mourning ring.
