You mention William Holbourn last service as 11.8.1742 but he was clearly active during most of the French & Indian War. It is also shown in his Even History. On April 15, 1756 his fleet set sail from Plymouth to transport the first contingent of the 42nd and 35th regiments with Abercrombie onboard.
