Correction to dates & some service history:
Lt. Lucas was commissioned officer at "Rendezvous" (the Navy press gang service) at Yarmouth, Norfolk, where he served under commander Thomas Forrest.
He was appointed commander of "Swan" on 17.08.1807.
On 24.08.1807 he seized the Danish ship "Haabet" (Nicolai Petersen Joost) - bound from Cette to Flensburg with a cargo of wine and brandy - off Marstrand, Sweden.
