Apparently not sunk -

For sale by the candle, at the London Tavern, in Foxhole Street, Plymouth, on Wednesday the 15th of November 1780 – The good ship Le Hazard (formerly an American privateer). A most excellent fine sailer, square stern, Plantation built, burthen 250 tons, more or less; has ports for 18 carriage guns… taken on her passage from St Domingo, by his Majesty’s frigate the Proserpine, Geo Anson Byron, commander, being one of the fleet under Admiral Geary. Now lying at Plymouth, and there to be delivered. Vaughan, Winne, and Margetson, Brokers. [Exeter Flying Post, 10 November 1780]
