Is there a little misprinting here?

The French never made 9 pounders. According to all the sources I konw of (e.g. wikipedia, quoted here; see: list of sail frigates of France) that ship carried French 8 pounders as main armament.

Broadside: 13 × 8 livres + 3 × 4 livres = 116 livres ≈ 56,78 ㎏ ≈ 125.18 ℔.

Reputedly a slow sailer, for 1778 Battle of Flamborough Head.
