Jugement du Conseil des Prises du 10/03/1710, declarant de bonne prise le vaisseau la Prise, de Plymouth, pris le 01/01/1709 precedent à la hauteur du cap Lizard, par le sieur Daniel du Tertre, commandant la fregate le Victorieux, et deposition de Jacques Howay, maitre sur ladite prise , qui declare qu'était sorti de Plymouth sous pavillion et commission d'Angleterre, pour croiser et chercher une escadre de vaisseaux anglais, il a été pris par une fregate frangaise, apres s'etre defendu et avoir tiré quelques coups de canon. (9 avril).
