My 7th great grandfather was Lt. John Hutchins. He was commissioned Sept. 10, 1690, for the purpose of being sent to New York. He arrived with Col. Sloughter and Maj. Ingoldsby on March 19, 1691.

Fascinated to learn by 9th-great grandfather, Stephen Crego from Cornwall served on this ship. Died on board on 13th May 1692, causes unknown.
