A date would help here.
There is only one lieutenant Tubman recorded in RN service, he has hisbiwn record here, and his dates do not coincide with this Prince of Orange, he does coincide with the 1734 ship of that name though.
Please note that using HMS as part of the name is anachronistic, being a mid-victorian innovation.

I am trying to determine if the HMS Prince of Orange ever visited Ireland. Furthermore, I'm searching for information about a Lieutenant Tubman who I suspect may have been associated with that ship, perhaps as a passenger or crew member. I believe he left the ship in Ireland. Can you help me find information on the HMS Prince of Orange's movements and any records that might shed light on Lieutenant Tubman's presence in Ireland, even if he wasn't officially listed as a crew member?
