Description: To the Secretary of the Admiralty. Were directed to take up 6 tenders for procuring men and enclose a list of ships and their size, guns and complement. Have ordered the Deptford Officers to survey and measure them, who have reported that all but the Titchfield are fit for that purpose. Yesterday, we agreed for the Ursula to serve in her place and the Masters have been directed to fit them for sea
