E-WIKIThe Sainte-Geneviève Library at Paris , because the librarian of the Abbey of St Geneviève was Alexandre Guy Pingré , has a large scale model of "Aurore" . The model was made by former sailors of the expedition , and is built as a large 1/12th scale , yielding very minute details . She has as well a marble bust of the Marquis de Courtanvaux , the owner of "Aurore" .
