there is a petition from Thomas Wright, owner of” The Ketch “of Bristol, which had taken a Portuguese ship of 100 tons from Brazil with sugar worth £5,00o. The Dainty had been hired to associate with and convoy her home for £500. The owner prays that allowance may be made for this in the accounts, and that £50 paid for tenths may be returned.
