Captain Penny, of His Majesty's Ship the Lore, gives an account, in his letter of the 2d Instant from Cork, that on the 13th past, Cape Clear bearing N. E. 160 leagues, he took the Jupiter, a French Privateer belonging to Bayonne, of 22 Guns, 9 and 6-pounders, 10 swivels, and 185 men
