There is a privateer Volage taken by the Alarm in 1762 which may possibly be the same vessel, you can find it using the ship search, but nothing is knon other than the capture.

In 1760, a french corsair "La Volage" sailed into Christiansand harbor with its prize, the british merchant vessel "Cumberland". Obviously, this is not the same ship as your "la Volage", but do you have any information on this previous "La Volage"? The captain was Jacques Pierre, the first lieutenant Jacques Rousillion.
