Copy of a letter from Admiral the Earl of St. Vincent, K. B. Commander in Chief of His Majesty's Ships and Vessels in the River Tage, to Evan Nepean, Esq; dated the 28 th of November, 1797.
I enclose for the information of the Lords Commissioners of the Admiralty, a letter from Captain Westcott, Commander of His Majesty's Ship the Majestic, acquainting .Rear-Admiral Sir John Orde with his having, on the 14th Instant, captured the Spanish Corvette Bolador of 16 guns and 74 men. Also a Letter from Captain Hotham, of His Majesty's Ship the Blanche, to Captain Tyler, Commander of L'Aigle, giving an Account of his taking Le Coureur French Privateer, of 14 guns and 90 men, the 20th of this Month.

The officer who will have, the honor of delivering this, is sent in with Le Coureur French Privateer Brig of 14 guns and 90 men, taken by His Majesty's Ship under my command in the night of the 20th Instant, after a chace of 3 hours.
