Admiralty-Office, February 10.
Captain Man, of His Majesty's Ship the Penguin, gives an account, in his letter of the 6th Instant, That on the 3d, between the Bemyhead and Deadman, he took a Snow Privateer belonging to Havre de Grace, called the Fidelle, mounting 8 carriage guns 4-pounders, and 8 swivels and 48 men. She had been out nine days and taken nothing.
