She was opwned by William Smith Hollis of Batimore.

Commissioned on 11 Jan 1815, Lettre of Marque #1067,
captain Philip Besson (84 men 9 guns = 1x24pdr 8x9pdr carronades)

She was sent to Halifax 5 Feb 1815
She was coondemned and sold for $6,000
