We have the pleasure to state the safe arrival in the Downs of the East India Company’s ship the Princess Charlotte, Captain Benjamin Richardson, last from the Shannon. Much apprehension existed respecting the safety of this ship, as she encountered very heavy weather in the Channel. The Princess Charlotte is laden principally with spices, from Amboyna.
