London, 2 April 1752: Tuesday the India Company received advice over land, that the Hector, Capt Kerwin, and the Prince Henry, Capt Best, for Bombay, were arrived at Gombron the 21st of August last; and that the Shaftesbury, Capt Bookey, homeward-bound was arrived at Bombay, in a very bad condition. [Kentish Post, 4 April 1752]

She was launched6 Oct 1750 by Perry, Blackwall for Francis Salvador

10 Nov 1762 sold to Thomas Brown after being laid up.
Placed in the North Amwerican timber trade.
