Elbridge Gerry (NOT Elbredge Gerry) was owned by Samuel Adams, Abraham Riker et al., New York

Commissioned 17 Aug 1813 At New York with Lettre of Marque #760, captain Samuel Turner. armed with 5 guns.

HMS Crescent seized EG with two ships , her prizes, she was then taken to Newfoundland

Seh beacame then Briiths schooner "Thomas and William" ,
registered at Halifax #192 in 1813 186bm Foreign Trade, master Thomas Holmes, 10 men. Still registered 1816. In register 1817 listed as seized by Americans.

I have not her origin (builders) and final fates. In any case she was not regiosteredat New York.
