Arret du Conseil du 20 avril 1695 , confirmant de bonne prise le Dom Charles , de Bristol , allant de ce port à la Jamaique , et pris le 9 décembre 1694 , par les 49 degrés de latitude par la frégate du Roi , le François , commandée par le sieur Duguay-Trouin et en second par le capitaine Michel Rondel .
