Jugement du Conseil des Prises du 27/09/1696 , declarant de bonne prise le vaisseau les "Deux Freres , de Bristol, chargé de tabac, venant de Virginia à Bristol, pris le 02/08/1696 à 36 lieues des Sorlingues , par le sieur Desormois , commandant la frégate la galère de Guinée , et conduit au port de Morlaix, par Humphry Dupre, officier sur ladite fregate.

I think this ship hails from Newcastle. There is an entry in the Port Books of London dated 1676 about a shipment to Virginia in this vessel under Master Richard Bradshaw. I would like to know more of this Captain if anyone can help.
