Dupre-Poittevin , capitaine de la frégate le Duc de Bretagne cautionne le sieur Loysel maybe , son second , qu'il a obtenu d'instituer capitaine à sa place , étant obligé de rester à terre pour soutenir un procès contre de Lagarde , armateur de la frégate la Feronne (?) , lequel pretend que son dit navire a part dans la prise que lui . Poittevin, vient de faire (12 Nov. 1704) .
