Jugement du Conseil des Prises du 11/04/1712 , declarant de bonne prise le vaisseau la "Marie" , de Bordeaux , revenant de Saint-Domingue , chargé de sucre et indigo , appartenarit an Sieur Casseran , de cette ville , pris le 10/02/1712 , à la hauteur du cap Finistere , par un corsaire de Flessingue et repris le 20/02/1712 à la hauteur d'Ouessant par le Sieur Beaugrand , commandant la frégate le "Maréchal d'Estrées" , de Nantes , étant alors accompagné des frégates la "Mutine" , de Dunkerque et le "Comte de Girardin" , de Saint-Malo .
