Sir John Jennings, the Royal Sovereign, Court Martial President and Captains, the Falcon, Deptford. John Green, Master, St George smack, tender to the Royal Katherine and Henry Root, Master, the Henry and Jane smack, tender to the Namure were acquitted over the loss of their smacks returning from the Straights as they split their sails trying to keep up with the fleet which was why they lost company and were captured.
