On Friday the Court of East-India Directors settled he command and places of destination of the following ships, being part of the outward-bound fleet for the ensuing season; viz, the Lord North, Hambey; the Osterley, Rogers; the Latham, Prince; the Modeste, the commander not announced; the Colebrooke, Morris; the Valentine, Ogilvie; and the Harcourt, Paul; all for Coast and China. The Queen, Douglas, for Bencoolen, and China; the Northington, Fraser, for St Helena and China; the Sybella, Walker; the Hinchinbrook, Maxwell; and the Tartar, Fiott; the last three for Coast and Bay.
