Commissioner Rogers reports the Belliqueux's catwater is loose and she has been sent in by Sir Edward Hawke for inspection but she will have to be docked for repair. If Commodore Hanway orders her into Hamoaze it could be done before this spring is over. We have ordered the Commissioner to do so and ask for approval
