SLAVE TRADE- Francis T.Montell was tried in the US Circuit Curt Baltimore on Wednesday, on a charge of having equiooed and sent out from the port of Baltimore , a certain schooner , called thge ELVIRA, with the intention of employing har in the slave trade. He was acquited of the charge.
