CAPTAIN Reynolds, of His Majesty's Ship the Jupiter, in his Letter of the 3d instant, gives an account of his having the day before fallen in with and taken, off the-Lizard, 2 Cutters belonging to the French .King, of 14 Six-pounders and 120 men each; one. ofwhich is called Le Pilote, commanded by the Chevalier de Clonard, and the other La Mutine, commanded by the Chevalier de Roquefeiul.
