Circa 4 Feb 1804 Mr Vance, who came home surgeon of the Revolutionaire apptd Surgeon of the Royal Naval Hospital at Barbadoes.

Circa 20 Aug 1803 Capt R Hall apptd to the Revolutionaire, in command, vice Lock, pro tempore.
Circa 8 Sep 1803 Capt Lock has resumed command of the Revolutionaire, vice Hall.

Circa 27 Feb 1804 a coroner's inquest on the body of Marine W Clark, who fell overboard from the Revolutionaire, and was drowned verdict : accidental death.

4 Oct 1801 Revolutionaire36 Captain Thomas Twysden departed Plymouth Sound for the Irish Channel.
5 Oct 1801 Revolutionaire36 Captain Thomas Twysden was found dead in his cabin. The ship returned to Plymouth and Captain Murray, formerly of the Jason now has the command, and the vessel has been sent to the Mediterranean with urgent dispatches.
